Seven years later, this little teddy is still bringing smiles all over the world.
Seven years ago, I shared this little FREE In the Hoop Teddy Bear embroidery design, hoping it would become a fun project for our Kreative Kiwi community.
What I never imagined was just how many of these little bears would be stitched around the world!
Over the years, we've received hundreds of photos of teddies made for children, grandchildren, charities, memory gifts and beautiful handmade gift sets. Every teddy has its own personality, and every one tells a story.
Today, this little teddy remains one of our most-loved FREE embroidery designs, and I thought it would be fun to share some of the wonderful ideas our community has created over the years.

One of my favourite customer ideas came from Linda, who used our FREE Teddy to create a beautiful matching gift collection.
By using coordinating fabrics, she stitched a teddy, matching bags and accessories to create a gift set that looks beautifully put together.
It's a lovely reminder that one little teddy can become part of something even more special.
