Do you have a Loyalty Points Programme?
As a small Thank you for your continued support, we offer a Loyalty Points System:
We give you 10% back on your purchases - For every $10 you spend, you receive 1 Loyalty Point (or $1)
AND
You can use them anytime - even when you've already saved heaps with our discounts!
How does it work?
Once you place an order over $5.00, you will see - Kreative Club Points Earned
(Technically you have earned 1/2 a point, but once you spend another $5.00, the Loyalty Point will be available for you)
Once you have spent a total of $10.00 - you earn 1 Point
The total accumulates - ie
two $5.00 orders give you 1 Point
one $34.00 order gives you 3 points - plus $4.00 towards the next point
How do I know how many Points I have?
When you Log into your Account, you can see your total points
Click on the Loyalty Point Tab, and you can see full details of your Points
How do you redeem your Loyalty Points?
Once you have more than 1 Loyalty Point, the next time you make a purchase, on the Final Check-Out Page, you have an opportunity to use your points
You can choose the number of points $$ you use.
The amount of points you use = $
ie Redeem 5 Points = $5.00 off your order EVEN IF YOU HAVE DISCOUNTS!

Do you have a Wish List?
Do you have your eye on some designs, but haven't got a project in mind, or dare I say it, no time to sew right now? Add the designs to your WISHLIST, and they will be saved for next time
First of all, YOU NEED TO BE LOGGED INTO YOUR ACCOUNT (how else will the 'computer' know to save the designs to YOUR Wishlist)
Once you are logged into your account, it's pretty simple

View our designs as you normally do
ALL products now have 2 options:
Add to Shopping Basket or Add to wishlist

Click Add to Wishlist, and you are taken to MY WISHLIST

Your chosen design will now stay in your Wishlist - until you either Remove from Wishlist or Add to Cart
As simple as that!!
Next time you Log In, you can click on the WISHLIST on the Top Right Hand Side and your designs will be sitting there waiting for you.

Do you offer Giftcards?
Make a Friends Day - Treat them to a Kreative Kiwi Giftcard

At very popular request, we can now offer Giftcards!
So we can make them 'super special' and personalised with your own wording, we will do each Giftcard personally - That means we do need notice (We're at the bottom of the World, so we have the time zone difference), and while you will get your payment receipt automatically, the actual Giftcard e-mail will be sent within 24 hours or on a date you specifiy
So how does it work?
Click on the $ amount from the choices below, and Add to Cart

Can you digitise a design for me?
Sorry! As a general rule, I do not do custom Digitising. The main reason is, I'm already working as many hours a day as I can - this is my Fulltime (and more) job and I just do not have spare time, and generally customised digitising, is something 'special' or detailed, that takes many hours to create, test and get right.

Can you resize a design for me?
Once again, Sorry! - again, generally re-sizing requests are to make designs smaller - as a rule, if I can offer a design in a 4x4 hoop, I will. if I don't have a design set in 4x4, its because I have felt that the design would either be too dense, or lose detail, and I would rather offer a quality design in a bigger size.

Refunds/Exchanges
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on our design files. Due to instant downloads and the ability for designs to be reproduced, as per most items of this type of electronic nature, we will not offer a refund.
If however you have any problems with our files, please email help@kreativekiwi.com as we will always work with you to ensure you are happy with our product. If you receive a corrupt or having missing data in your download (we all know what computers are like), we will send you a copy of your design file by e-mail.
