All of your Kreative Kiwi purchases are stored in your account on our website, ready for you to access whenever you need them.

So, if you've been carefully saving all those purchase emails – there's an easier way! 😊

Your Designs Are Always There

Simply log into your Kreative Kiwi account and you can access your previous purchases and download your designs again.

And there are a few really useful benefits to downloading from your account:

✔ All embroidery formats are available

Perhaps you owned a Brother machine when you purchased the design but have since changed to a Janome – no problem! Your account gives you access to all the included machine formats, not just the one you originally downloaded.

✔ You'll get the most up-to-date files

From time to time we update one of our designs – perhaps we've improved something, added a file or made a correction.

The files held in your account are the latest versions, so when you download from your account, you'll always receive the most up-to-date files available for that design.

✔ No need to find an old email

Purchased something years ago and can't remember where you saved it?
