Kreative Ideas: Don't Like KAM Snaps? Try a Buttonhole Instead!
I love seeing how our Kreative Kiwi stitchers take a design and make it their own — and Ghislaine has shared such a clever little idea!
She's combined two of our designs to create this lovely personalised cord pouch, complete with a button closure instead of a KAM snap.
And doesn't it look fabulous!
A Clever Little Change!
Ghislaine used our In the Hoop Quilted Bag design and added a buttonhole using our FREE Buttonhole Embroidery Design.
Instead of finishing her bag with a KAM snap, she's used a decorative button and buttonhole to create a lovely alternative closure.
It's a simple change, but one that gives the finished project a completely different look!
I especially love her choice of fabrics, the decorative stitching and the personalised Buffalo Bills embroidery on the front.
And as you can see from her photo, it's the perfect little pouch for keeping charging cables neat and tidy!
Two Designs, One Kreative Idea!
If you don't have KAM snaps, don't particularly like using them, or simply fancy a different finish, this is a lovely idea to try on your next project.
