ORDERING AND PAYMENT

  • What Information do I need to make an order

    To complete an order for an embroidery design, you will need to know your Embroidery Format  and be aware of your Embroidery Machine Hoop size

    We offer our designs in

    • Brother (PES)
    • Husqvarna/Viking (HUS)
    • Janome (JEF)
    • Pfaff (VIP) and (VP3)
    • Melco (EXP) works on some Bernina Machines
    • Tajima (DST)
    • Singer (XXX)

    While we do not provide ART format, we understand you can use EXP format instead.

    (The easiest way to check if EXP works for your Bernina Machine, is to download a free design to try)

  • What if I need more than one machine format

    Have more than one brand of machine, or have changed machines and need a different format?  

    We have you covered.

    No matter which format you initially purchase, ALL available formats are held in your Embroidery Library.

    • Please log into your account, 
    • Click on the  Download Previous Purchases Tab 
    • Choose 'other format'

  • How do I make an order

  • How do I get my Embroidery Designs

    We offer a digital download service - once payment is completed on your order, we send you an e-mail which has links for you to download your designs.  Your designs are also stored in your account, so you can view and re-download your design at any time.

    As many of our design files are quite large, the download you receive is a zipped file

    You will need to unzip and save your files to your Computer, then transfer the embroidery files to your Embroidery Machine

  • Payment Methods

    We use the following partners to provide secure off-site payment options from trusted global business’.

    We do not collect or store any payment information other than method.

    We use this to protect you should a dispute arise. These payment providers are independent of Kreative Kiwi for your security and peace of mind

    • Stripe Card Payment
  • Do I have to have a Paypal account to purchase your designs?

    As we are based in New Zealand, for most of you, we cannot offer internet banking, so we do use the secure services of Paypal. or Stripe.

    You can pay with your Credit Card without a Paypal Account - it is the 2nd option on the Paypal screen

  • I haven't received my order

    There are a couple of reasons this might happen.

    • Payment has not come thru to us
    • Our e-mails are going to your spam folder
    • There was an error in the e-mail address on the order (it happens more than you think)

    If you received the order e-mail from Kreative Kiwi, but no receipt from either Paypal or Stripe, then it is a payment issue

    If you receive a receipt e-mail from either Paypal or Stripe, but none from Kreative Kiwi, then it is a spam issue

    Log into your account and download direct from the website - Download Previous Purchases

    If you log into your account, and your order is not showing, then it may be an error in the e-mail address

    Please e-mail help@kreativekiwi.com with a copy of the receipt or any order info, and we will find the order
