ICE CREAM BOOKMARKS AND APPLIQUE - By Faye's Threads

Add a little sweetness into your life with these cute applique ice creams. No added calories in these guys!

The eight designs in this pack are for the 5x7 hoop. They may be made free standing or appliqued directly onto an item. You don’t even have to measure and cut out fabric, just delve into your scrap pieces and use them instead.

The designs have successfully stitched out on felt, flannel, and cotton as bookmarks, and on denim as applique.

These little cuties are quick to stitch, great scrap busters, and can be used for both boys and girls.

Suggested uses:

  • Stand Alone Version – bookmarks (great for party favours and gifts), decorations, and mobiles
  • Applique Version – clothes, quilts, reading pillows, cushions, kitchen towels, bibs, and bath towels.

How cute is this idea!!  Kim used the Ice cream bookmarks and appliques to make magents for the fridge - Kim writes "I made this design into magnets for my 1 year old grandson to play with on our fridge. He loves to take them on and off and hide them in the cupboard. So cute!"
